Steve was not born in Texas but as Davy Crockett said “He got here as fast as he could!” Marc & Steve build because they love to create a quality product for a great price. Marc Valadez
Founder
Marc is a United States Navy Veteran, husband of 25 years and father of 4 amazing children. He has always had a heart for helping others and giving back to the heroes of this country.
Marc was a Pilot by profession prior to this business and has a precise attention to detail that shines out
in all of Patriot Homes.
Melissa Carlsen
Office Administrator
Melissa is a native Texan but has spent the last 30 years living in the Chicagoland area. She spent over 26 years as a Sr. Litigation Paralegal and Law Firm Administrator. After her husband retired from the Fire Service, they decided to relocate back to Texas to be closer to her family and to assist in the administrative responsibilities of Patriot Homes. Coupled with her legal background, she has extensive experience in real estate and business management.
Steve Carlsen
Partner
Steve is a retired firefighter with more than 30 years of experience and over 25 years as a General Contractor/Business owner in the construction industry. He is a husband of 15 years and father of five.
Steve brings extensive experience in building, design and personal detail which is essential to the home buying experience.
Deanna Valadez
Sales Manager
Deanna has been a domestic manager for over 25 years and a family manager for 18. With a background in Nursing (RN) and real estate, she is ready to help you make your dream home a reality!
